The organ of the collégiale of St. Emilion is one of two instruments signed by Gabriel Cavaillé-Coll, son of Aristide Cavaillé- Coll. This organ is based on the serial models build by the house Cavaillé-Coll.

The manufacture was not of the same quality than the one of Aristide. During the restauration the whole windchest fell into peaces like a puzzle.
